The
Addison’s Disease Self-Help Group is the support group
in the UK and Ireland for people with Addison’s and their families. First
started in 1984, the group is now a registered charity
governed by a body of elected trustees, which works to
support its members with adrenal failure and to promote
better medical understanding of this rare condition.

years old. Most of our members live within the United
Kingdom, from Penzance in Cornwall to Fife in Scotland.
A few are resident abroad, including Spain, Cyprus, Germany
and Australia. Addison's Ireland is our Irish sub-group
which organises Irish meetings and aims to encourage greater
