Membership - renewal and on-line registration

Existing members of the ADSHG are encouraged to renew their 2011 subscription on-line and if they have not done so already, register on-line for access to the members-only website area.

Already registered for the member-only website area

If you have already registered for the members-only website area and forum, you will already have a username and password. You can login to the member-only area payment page by Clicking here... then select 'Add/Renew Subscription' and your membership type in the drop down box and click the Order button.  If paying by PayPal this will take you automatically to a secure payment page, where you can complete your payment.  If you pay by cheque or standing order it is not necessary to renew on-line this will be done by us on your behalf, simply ensure we receive your payment.

Not yet registered for the member-only website area

If you are an ADSHG member but not yet registered for the member-only website area you can register below.  The members-only area of the website contains the current issue of the group's newsletter as well as an archive of past newsletters and allows you to access our on-line forum 'The Living Well'.

You will be asked to select a username/password^* for yourself, confirm your email address and some and some basic contact details. Once you do this, you will send you an email to verify your email address^**. Please open this verification email immediately. Follow the instructions it contains to complete your registration and pay your annual subscription (where payment has not already been made by standing order). 

^*Recommendation: Please choose a suitable username when registering, it will become your login name and be displayed against your posts in our on-line forum.

^**Warning: if you currently operate a junk mail filter, your ADSHG registration emails may be intercepted as junk mail Before you register, please make sure membership@addisons.org.uk is added to your email 'Friend list'/'Allowed Senders list'/"Contacts list"

non-postal membership renewal (e-membership)

Renewing with an e-Membership (non-postal option) subscription you will receive electronic ONLY copies of our newsletters and publications. On completing your PayPal payment will be able to instantly access our members-only website area.

Postal membership renewal - UK

Renewing as a postal (UK) member you will continue to receive the print newsletter and other publications by post and will also be able to access our members-only website area which contains all the newsletters.

Postal member (UK)	£12	Standing order payment   You will be granted access to the members-only website area at the end of January 2008, on successful payment of your standing order	Register online... if you have not yet setup a standing order, please do so by completing the STO form.. and return it completed and signed to the ADSHG at the address below.
	£15	on-line PayPal payment   provides instant access to the members-only website area	Register and pay via Paypal...
	£20	Cheque payment   You will be granted access to  the members' area as soon as your cheque is received by the ADSHG.	Register on-line and post a UK sterling cheque payable to 'Addison's Disease Self Help Group'. to the address below.
