Katherine has been an elected member of the ADSHG’s
Executive Committee since its formation in 2003 and has been
nominated by the committee to act as Chair for its meetings.
Katherine is a member of the website editorial team in
addition to her role as Executive Chair, so she works
closely with Deana Kenward, our President.
Katherine joined the ADSHG in 1999, several months after her
diagnosis with Addison’s in 1998. Her active involvement
with the group began when Sarah Baker invited her to
co-author the
Owner’s Manual which was published by the ADSHG in
2000. This led to several further projects for the group,
including an international survey of Addisonians. For more

Katherine is a full-time parent to her twins, who were born
after her Addison’s diagnosis. She is an accredited member
of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Accountants (ACIS)
and is a Director for the limited liability company which
manages her London mansion block. |
