Within the UK, the ADSHG holds
regional meetings several times a year and an annual medical
lecture. In addition, members host informal social
gatherings when they can. This section tells you what
meetings are planned and provides reports of past meetings. |

Harrogate Endocrine conference

The ADSHG presented a poster display
at the 24th Joint Meeting of the British Endocrine
Societies at Harrogate, UK, 4-6 April 2005. The paper
drawing on the international survey, describes how
those with Addison's report a variety of symptoms which
reduce their quality of life.

Medical Lecture & SGM - 16 October 2004
A special general meeting
was
held to consider changes to the ADSHG constitution. It was followed by a
Medical Lecture by Professor Russell Jones, Royal Surrey
County Hospital, entitled "Everything you want to know
about Addison's".
