Q: Whilst I do not believe there is any link whatsoever between Addison's Disease and being overweight, in an attempt to keep weight under control are Addison patients at any extra risk when going on a diet?

A: Patients with Addison's Disease are not at any extra risk if they diet to lose weight. Indeed if a patient with Addison's Disease is overweight while their hormonal replacement normalises their endocrine status, then they should diet.
