Thank you to
the 22 group members and your families, who attended the
meeting in Weybridge on Saturday 28th September, it was a
huge success and very enjoyable thanks to the staff at the
Badgers Rest who looked after us perfectly. Jo & Rob
[Landlady & Landlord] very kindly donated five raffle prizes
including champagne plus donating money from the rooms we
stayed in. I am sure you will all join me in thanking Jo,
Rob and their staff for making us feel so welcome, what
stars they all are!
The
atmosphere was one of friendship and it was so nice to see
lots of new people mingling with familiar faces. The newest
face was Emily she was only two and a half months old, her
mum Julia has been with the group since it started and it
has been nice to follow her as she met Adam, married, and
now they a lovely daughter.
I hope you enjoyed the day as
much as Lynda and I did and we hope to see you again at a
future meeting, thank you for your company.
