is hereby given that the
first Annual General Meeting of the ADSHG
will be held
at Westminster Community College, Elgin Avenue, London W9
Saturday 10
May, 2003 at 2pm
Agenda
1. Appointment
of chairman of the meeting.
2. Adoption
of the constitution.
The draft
constitution is included with this notice of meeting. Any
member wishing to propose a revision to the draft must
submit a written resolution specifying the new wording, no
later than 14 April 2003.
3. Election
of officers
A proxy
voting form and brief biographies of candidates nominated to
date are included with this notice of meeting.
Any further members wishing to nominate themselves for
election must submit a brief biography, no later than 14
April 2003.
4. Report
of the Treasurer, presentation of the accounts for the year
ended 30 December 2002 and of the expenses policy.
5. Adoption
of the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2002.
6. Resolution
to reimburse Mrs Deana Kenward’s travel expenses for her
trip to Glasgow in March 2003
7. Report
of the President.
8. Report
of the Website Manager.
9. Report
of the Research & Publication Fund.
10.
Any other business.
