It is intended for the information of paramedics, GPs, Accident and Emergency staff and other front-line medical personnel. We are grateful to the members of the Addison’s Clinical Advisory Panel, led by Professor John Wass, who have developed these clinical guidelines for the ADSHG.

We are delighted that several generous donations from group members and their families have allowed us to produce the emergency card, which is issued on the basis of one card per member only.  A card is included with membership of the ADSHG so if you become an ADSHG e-Member (£12 per year) you will be automatically posted a copy of the card - apply here for e-membership...

Emergency card extra copies

The trustees have agreed that extra copies of emergency card will be available to members at £5 per copy, including postage, limit of 2 per member. Depending on the volume of orders, we may have to arrange a new print run of the card. If this is the case, there may be a delay before you receive your extra copy of the emergency card, so please be patient.
