Anyone wishing to make a donation in her memory can do so on Sam's Just Giving page. Sam tragically died after contracting infective gastroenteritis earlier in this year.  Please contact Janice Chambers off you would like to attend in person.

Sam's mother, Janice, writes:

Please join us in Sam's Fundraising Day. My beautiful, caring, loving daughter Samantha passed away on February 13th 2018 aged 25years with Addison's and in her courageous honour we would like to continue to support Addison's Disease Self Help Group in their continuous hard work. Please join us for a fundraiser that Sam would have loved - a day of fun, raffles, tombola, prizes, snacks & games a full family day together. I hope to see you there as we raise funds, raise awareness & continue to support each other together.

Kindest regards Janice
All welcome & all donations gratefully received www.justgiving.com/fundraising/samantha-quantrill "
